He works on applied AI, workflow automation, solution architecture and enterprise integration for customers in Malaysia, Singapore and the wider APAC region.

## What does he actually do?

He takes an ambiguous business problem — usually inside an operation that is already running and cannot stop — works out what the real constraint is, designs the solution, builds the critical parts himself, and carries it into production. Recent work spans hybrid OCR and LLM document processing, AI customer-support systems, RPA across finance and logistics, and backend APIs in Python, Node.js and PHP.

## Does he have production AI experience, or only prototypes?

Both, and he distinguishes between them. In production: a hybrid OCR and LLM document-processing pipeline with a human review queue at a global logistics operator, NDA-limited to the components confirmed in that case. On a live e-commerce platform he delivered and merged a queue-based request architecture with session handling, retry controls and model routing — the change was merged, and no production performance result is claimed for it. Evaluation and adversarial testing were being designed and are not completed production hardening. As proofs of concept: LLM evaluation with golden datasets and Ragas checks, agentic LangGraph workflows, and vector-store comparisons.

## Is he available in Singapore?

He is based in Selangor, Malaysia, and open to Singapore-based and regional APAC projects as well as client-site work in the Klang Valley, including long-term placement. He is a Malaysian citizen and available to relocate to Singapore; employer-sponsored work authorisation will be required.
